Pyramid Healthcare in Newport News, VA is seeking a Full-Time Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for clients entering or exiting treatment programs. You’ll operate company vehicles, follow timelines, and treat every client with respect and dignity.

This role emphasizes safety, professional communication with clinical staff, and comfort working independently. A high school diploma, valid license, CPR certification within 30 days, and a dependable driving record are required.

• Complete required transportation documentation.
• Follow transportation and safety procedures.
• Help keep assigned vehicles clean, safe, and ready for use.

Who We're Looking For

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods and working with individuals receiving behavioral healthcare services.

Experience In Any Of The Following Is a Plus

• Medical or EMS services
• Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) or patient transportation
• Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services
• Amazon or delivery services
• Healthcare or patient care
• Behavioral health or substance use treatment

A background in behavioral health is helpful, but a caring attitude, reliability, professionalism, and commitment to safety are what matter most.
