Job summary

Job description

Summary

Assists the clinical staff with daily tasks to ensure the safety and welfare of all consumers, maintain building safety and security, and provide general coverage and duties in support of the program's mission.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for individuals as indicated in our corporate vision, mission, and values statements.

Ability to read and write to perform agency required documentation.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the ASAM, Medical model, Recovery model, and 12-step model of treatment.
  • Maintenance of a Driver’s License and approval by NET’s automotive insurance carrier.
  • Obtain and maintain CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Adhere to applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and regulations, NET's policies, DDAP licensure, and CARF standards.
Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience in addiction recovery, human services/behavioral healthcare, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills for effective problem-solving.
  • Team player, patient, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical capacity required.
