Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to type 60 wpm.
• Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and have excellent attendance.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be result-oriented and solution-driven.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls from local drivers and customers to assist in providing authorization to release freight or return freight.
• Review billing queues to determine credit and authorize collect shipments and identify necessary billing changes.
• Coordinate billing changes with Corrections and communicate with internal and external contacts for resolution.
