Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, operating the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands, is seeking part-time drivers to join our team in Austin, TX. The role involves delivering vehicles and providing courteous customer service while ensuring safety and timeliness.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with a benefits package including PTO, employee discount, 401k, and training opportunities. Schedules include Tue/Thu/Fri shifts; candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Six consecutive months of work/organizational experience.
• Must be willing to accept $12/hr starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally as needed following all traffic laws.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination safely and courteously.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• May use 2-way radio or cellular phone for communication.
• May be asked to clean vehicles and perform related duties.

This position pays from $12 / hour and is located at 9310 Rental Car Rd., Austin, TX 78719

• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:0 AM - 5:00 PM

The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• May be asked to clean vehicles
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past3 years
  • If under 21, must have zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must have six (6) consecutive months of work/organizational experience
• Must be willing to accept $12/hr starting pay
