Job summary

Customer First Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner serving the Las Vegas valley, is hiring Delivery Driver Associates. You will load vans, deliver packages safely and on time, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness. Excellent communication and reliability are essential as you support a high performing team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license (no CDL required).
• Have a clean driving record.
• Submit to a pre-employment drug test.
• Fluent in English.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven track record of reliability.
• Ability to contribute to a high performing team with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages safely and punctually via pre-determined routes.
• Drive and navigate to customer addresses with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a courteous manner.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete related paperwork.
• Keep the vehicle clean and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate a smartphone to manage route and delivery information.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Job Description

Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Associate Requirements:

We provide on-the-job paid training to ensure our team members feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of Amazon customers. Our goal is to have a great team of drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time. To join our team, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license (no Commercial Drivers License required)
• Have a clean driving record
• Submit to a pre-employment drug test
• Fluent in English (being bilingual is a plus)
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Have a proven track record of reliability
• Ability to contribute to a high performing team with a positive attitude!

Physical Requirements:

• Lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8 to 10-hour work shift
• Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions
• Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat/bend/kneel during an 8 to 10-hour work shift
