Capstone Logistics, LLC, located in Jackson, WI, is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. The role is 1st shift, starting at 4am, with a schedule set at time of hire. You will perform a range of warehouse tasks and be part of a high-performance team focused on efficiency and safety.

Compensation is paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days. We promote from within and offer paid training, safety incentives, and opportunities to travel to different sites as part of our travel team.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
