Qualifications

• Identifying turf and ornamental issues.
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides safely and in accordance with label instructions.
• Maintaining records of products used and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with accepted industry practices, safety procedures, label instructions, and regulatory requirements
• Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications, and using in accordance with safety precautions
• Ensuring the safe and proper operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of products used
• Completing all required correspondence regarding work orders
• Retention of customers through rapport, communication, and met expectations
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform IPM duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
