Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.## What You'll Be Doing* Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.* Deliver products on time while providing excellent customer service.* Monitor concrete consistency and assist with safe unloading procedures.* Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies to support efficient operations.## What Are We Looking For* Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.* Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with customers and team members.* Capability to perform job duties in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.## Conditions of Employment* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.## Work Environment* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## What We Offer* $27.50 to $29.50 per hour.* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension.* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled.
