Zusammenfassung

The Wellington at Springfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Driver to support independent living and assisted living residents in Springfield, MA. You will transport residents safely, assist them in and out of vehicles, and help with light activity setup as needed.

Eligiblity includes a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role includes competitive wages, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, PTO from day one, and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• CDL endorsement preferred and required where necessary.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and ER in excess of 50lbs, as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday

Aufgaben

• Responsible for picking up and delivering residents to the routed stops. Assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates vehicles in a safe and clean fashion.
• May assist the Activity Director with in-house activities, including planning and organizing, arranging furniture, decorating, and the general setup for activity programs.
• Ensures that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Reports any such instance to the Executive Director.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
