Job summary

Lou Malnati's is seeking reliable drivers to deliver pizzas door-to-door in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team that values punctuality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction during busy evening shifts.

Applicants should enjoy working with others, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain required license/insurance is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Able to stand most of the shift and access all areas of the location.

• Maintain a valid license and auto insurance IDs as required by policy.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day as a Driver at Lou Malnati's

• You'll be on the move. You'll likely be on and off your feet your entire shift, bringing pizzas door-to-door.

Requirements

• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
• Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Must have 18 months of driving history documented by MVR or driver's license
• Meet driving requirements per our insurance company's standards
• Maintain valid license plate, sticker and insurance I.D. card verifying at least state minimum required limits

Compensation

• Illinois Tipped Minimum Wage: $9.00/ hour*
