Job summary

Integrity Manufacturing LLC is seeking a reliable Driver to operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring on-time transportation and excellent customer service. The role requires a clean driving record, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while following schedules.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, route planning with the logistics team, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven work experience as a Driver preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, road signage, and local routes.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate F250 truck and pulling various types of trailers, such as a 30' Gooseneck, 24',16' trailers depending on the job.
  • Transport signage goods to designated locations promptly and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
  • Assure the vehicle is properly maintained and performs routine checks on vehicle functionality and safety equipment, reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate department.
  • Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall functionality.
  • Follow relevant safety regulations and protocols, including wearing seatbelts, maintaining appropriate speed, and securing cargo as necessary.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring their safe and intact transport.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to set schedules, adjusting for changes in traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, hours of service, fuel, and other necessary paperwork as required by management.
  • Collaborate with logistics manager to plan routes, prioritize tasks, and optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, inside and out, by regular cleaning and reporting any damages or necessary repairs.
  • Stay updated on road safety regulations and traffic patterns to ensure compliance and efficient navigation.
