Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Rockville, MD seeks a dedicated Driver to help our residents lead active, vibrant lives. You’ll drive residents to appointments and events, and assist to ensure safety and comfort in the vehicle.

A valid driver’s license is required, along with a DOT physical or ability to obtain one prior to hire. You will need a detail-oriented approach and be 21 or older. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with others and assisting residents.
• Attention to detail to ensure seatbelts are worn and safety is maintained.
• Must be 21 or older with an active, in-good-standing driver’s license.
• Must possess an approved DOT physical or obtain one before hire.

• Drive residents to and from appointments.
• Drive residents to events outside the community and accompany them to ensure safety.
• Regularly check vehicle cleanliness and safety for residents.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from appointments.


• Drive residents for events outside of the community and attend the event to help ensure the safety of the residents.


• Continually check the vehicle to ensure it remains clean and safe for our residents.

Salary Range

USD $17.25 - USD $19.75 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

$17.25-$19.75/hour

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• Your attention to detail is so good that we know everyone will wear their seatbelt and be secure in the vehicle.


• You're 21 or older and your active Driver's license is in excellent standing.
