Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Driver to help residents stay active and vibrant by transporting them to appointments and events within and outside the community.

You will ensure safety by wearing seatbelts, maintaining clean and safe vehicles, and adhering to DOT readiness requirements. This role requires a reliable team player who values resident wellbeing and punctual transportation services.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with others and communicating clearly.
• Attention to detail to ensure seatbelts are worn and residents are safe.
• You are 21 or older and hold a valid, in-good-standing driver’s license.
• Must have an approved DOT physical or ability to obtain before hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to appointments.
• Drive residents to events outside the community and assist with safety at events.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle for cleanliness and safety for residents.

Overview

At Brightview Senior Living, the Driver plays a key role in helping our residents live an active and vibrant life!

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to and from appointments.
• Drive residents for events outside of the community and attend the event to help ensure the safety of the residents.
• Continually check the vehicle to ensure it remains clean and safe for our residents.

Salary Range

USD $16.00 - USD $18.50 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• Working with and conversing with others is something you really enjoy!
• Your attention to detail is so good that we know everyone will wear their seatbelt and be secure in the vehicle.
• You're 21 or older and your active Driver's license is in excellent standing.
• Must possess an approved DOT physical or ability to get one prior to hire. (start date may be delayed to obtain)
