Job summary

Hertz Local Edition is seeking professionals to drive vehicles to various locations while providing best in class customer service. As a Driver you will pick up and drop off customers and deliver vehicles from the Hertz Local Edition office to various locations.

The position offers hourly pay, overtime eligibility, holiday pay, sick pay, PTO and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental & vision, 401(k) matching, parental leave, EAP and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a related field.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transports vehicles between Hertz Local Edition offices and various locations.
• Pick-up and drop-off customers as required.
• Interface with vendors such as body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents.
• Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance.
• Follow all safety policies and protect company assets.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy.

Hertz Local Edition is seeking professionals to drive our vehicles to various locations while providing our best in class customer service. As a Driver you will pick up and drop off customers and deliver vehicles from the Hertz Local Edition office to various locations.

What You’ll Get

• The hourly rate / wage for this role is $18.20
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 40 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
