Job summary

Standard Supply in Oklahoma is hiring a Driver & Warehouse Associate to keep deliveries moving and support warehouse operations. This hybrid role combines on-road duties with hands-on work in our facility, requiring a reliable driver with a year of box truck experience and a readiness to pass background, drug screening, and a DOT exam.

You will load and unload, use an RF scanner, operate a forklift, and help pull/pick orders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck in the last 3–5 years.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and reports.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day.
• Able to climb ladders and reach in high/low spaces.
• Experience handling large or bulky items.
• Willingness to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT exam.

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the physical stamina to thrive in a hands-on role.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years of employment history
• A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
• Read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs and signals, communicate with law enforcement and document reports and records as required by the Federal Code of Regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day
• Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, twist, and reach in high/low spaces
• Experience handling large, bulky, or oddly shaped items
• Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening and DOT Physical Exam
