Job summary

apacheip seeks a CDL driver to transport materials and goods safely and efficiently. You will inspect vehicles, follow DOT and ICC regulations, and coordinate with dispatch for on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include maneuvering trucks, maintaining logs, reporting defects, and ensuring safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. A valid CDL and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Requires a valid CDL driver's license and the ability to drive a motor vehicle in a safe manner while carefully observing all traffic regulations.
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience

• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver.

Work Conditions/Physical Demands

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
• No adverse environmental conditions expected.
• Must be able to work in high noise volumes, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, dusty conditions, hazardous machinery, precarious places, proximity to other employees.
