Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Driver to safely transport specimens from hospitals to the laboratory while delivering excellent client support. The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, route accuracy, and maintaining specimen integrity throughout transport.
The position requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of driving with a clean MVR. Expect evening shifts, strong communication, and professional interactions with clients in a lab environment.

Work Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM
Sunday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
The Target Pay for this position is $20.45 an hour. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
The primary responsibility of the Driver is to safely and efficiently transport specimens from hospitals to the laboratory while providing superior customer support to our clientele.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prolonged standing/sitting/walking/driving
Fine dexterity with hands/steadiness
Able to lift up to 25 pounds; may occasionally need to lift 40 pounds; carrying up to 15 pounds for several minutes at a time
Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients, supervisors and peers
Vision-requires constant mental visual attention to details as well as ability to see well in limited light scenarios

Reaching/twisting
Majority of time spent operating a motor vehicle
Laboratory environment with potential biohazards present
Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
Potential for exposure to agents known to cause zoonotic disease in humans and use of potentially hazardous chemicals as defined by the National Hazard Communication Standards. A complete list of such chemicals is available from department supervision.
