Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc is hiring a Driver responsible for operating and maintaining company vehicles to perform pickups and deliveries, including hazardous materials transport in compliance with regulations. You will load/unload cargo, handle related paperwork, and maintain logs for trips and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements include a Class A CDL with endorsements, ability to use respirators, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Title:

Driver

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Operates and maintains company vehicles to make pickups and deliveries. Transports hazardous materials and wastes in full compliance with applicable federal, state, local statutes and regulations and company policies.
2. Make deliveries and pick-ups to and from customers on a timely basis.
3. Loads and unloads cargo.
4. Pick-up and delivery of hazardous materials and wastes, complete inspections and paperwork associated with hazardous materials and waste pickup transport.
5. Maintains travel and vehicle maintenance logs.
6. Perform all other duties as required to make proper deliveries and pick-ups for customers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1. Acquire and maintain all required driver and other licenses, including Class "A" commercial driver's license (CDL) with all required endorsements.
2. Ability to use and maintain respiratory protections equipment as needed.
3. Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English
