Job Description:
Assist hotel guests with personal services. May take messages, arrange, or give advice on transportation, business services or entertainment, or monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with transporting luggage to and from rooms
Tag, store, and retrieve luggage accurately and securely
Provide directions, assist with local area information, and support guest transportation needs
Respond to guest requests for luggage assistance, room changes, or lost items
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel events to guide guests accordingly
Deliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards at all times
