Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA seeks a full-time Driver to transport guests to and from the airport and other hotel locations. You will assist guests with loading luggage, greet guests warmly, and provide directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have hotel shuttle experience, excellent customer service, and a clean driving record. The role requires physical stamina and strong communication skills to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Ability to ascertain information from luggage tags, claim checks and identify pickup/drop-off points.
• Ability to lift and move luggage and packages.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods while performing duties.
• Excellent driving record as verified by MVR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
