Job summary

The Particular Council of St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Driver to move donated goods and requested items across Baton Rouge locations.

This onsite position involves picking up and delivering between stores, warehouses, shelters, and kitchens, navigating routes with GPS, and completing basic delivery paperwork. You will work safely, represent our mission in the community, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, PTO, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Able to read and follow procedures; comfortable using maps/GPS
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (and 50+ lbs with assistance)
• Respect for Catholic Church teachings and the SVDP mission
