Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering with automatic transmission/driveline/electrified powertrain hardware or controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong motivation, self-directed, able to manage multiple complex projects with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop and validate transmission and driveline systems and subsystems for Stellantis vehicles.
• Develop development and validation plans; execute tests in vehicle and drive simulation environments.
• Collaborate with driveline calibrators, powertrain and brake system teams and engineering leadership.
• Support production release and change management processes to ensure validated driveline systems at each vehicle build milestone.
• Assist with benchmarking, data acquisition, and test procedures.
