Responsibilities

• Assemble parts at floor stations and operate machinery.
• Maintain quality by following SOPs and work instructions.
• Meet production rates while minimizing scrap.
• Complete productivity and quality records.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Assist and train other associates when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
