We are seeking a full-time Driveline Assembler at our Belleville Drivelines Manufacturing location. Compensation depends on qualifications.

Job Description: (Driveline Assembler)
General Responsibilities
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week) with overtime as needed.
  • Assemble parts at floor stations and operate machinery with Aluminum and steel parts.
  • Assemble, calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet specifications.
Key Duties
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform tasks safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
  • Produce quality products at expected rates, minimizing scrap and downtime.
  • Maintain productivity and quality records.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety rules, reporting hazards immediately.
  • Assist or train other associates as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Contribute to 5-S efficiencies and communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Work independently after training.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic measurement and calculation skills.
  • Read and follow instructions and safety rules.
  • Reliable attendance, flexibility for overtime.
  • Multi-tasking and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work around heavy machinery and lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, and lift for 6-8 hours daily.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
