Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or Home Shopping operations.
• Familiarity with store systems, handheld technology and fulfillment platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while handling customer concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and systems.
• Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume and productivity.
• Collaborate with department leaders to address inventory availability.
• Hire, train and develop Home Shopping associates, fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick‑up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
