Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Comfort with using handheld devices and digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Select items across departments and ensure freshness and quality.
• Organize orders for pickup and coordinate handoff to customers.
• Handle substitutions and maintain order accuracy during packing.
