Job summary

DriveTime Transports locally hauls intermodal freight from Columbus with home daily options. CDL-A tractor trailer experience is required and must be verifiable. A favorable driving history is expected, with no major violations in the recent past.

Position offers local home daily schedules, no-touch freight, and strict adherence to the company’s policy on recent employment history. Candidates should be prepared for potential short layovers if necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CDL-A tractor trailer experience, verifiable.
• Must be willing to layover if required.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if offense occurred while holding CDL-A; within 5 years if before CDL-A.

QUALIFED CDL-A DRIVERS FOR LOCAL, HOME DAILY* INTERMODAL JOB OUT OF COLUMBUS!

*HOME DAILY, BUT MUST BE WILLING TO LAYOVER IF REQUIRED!

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS CURRENT TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

CPM: $.62 CPM plus $40 for loads under 99 miles

SUNDAY - THURSDAY OR TUESDAY - SATURDAY

NO MORE THAN 3 JOBS IN THE LAST YEAR

*****NO MORE THAN 90 DAYS OF UNEMPLOYMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS! ****

****ANY ACCIDENTS (REGARDLESS OF FAULT) WILL REQUIRE A CRASH REPORT****

NO TOUCH FREIGHT!

MINIMUM ONE YEAR OR CDL-A TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE - MUST BE VERIFIABLE

No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.

No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit. No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A
