Drive-thru Teller/Universal Banker

The person in this position will be responsible for various retail banking duties, including Customer Service, New Accounts, and Teller work. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Hands-on daily work in the Teller or Customer Service Representative area, including running a teller window, vault teller duties, and opening new deposit accounts for customers.
2. Business Development – representing Gibsland Bank in the surrounding area at community events and developing new or existing customer relationships.
3. Maintaining a consistent and reliable presence at work.
4. Working well under stress and deadlines, demonstrating critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and providing high-quality customer service.
5. Minimum of two years of prior banking experience in teller, customer service, lending, or operations areas that demonstrate increased responsibility and competency.
