Job summary

InterBank is seeking a Drive-Thru Teller at our Oklahoma location. The role involves handling customer transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining cash accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be comfortable working 9 AM–6 PM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts, and must pass background checks. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with opportunities to contribute across lanes as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic personal computer operations.
• Able to type efficiently.
• Able to count large sums of money by hand.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, can do attitude, problem solving, decision making, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle customer complaints and work toward resolution.
• Perform data entry to complete reporting requirements.
• Maintain currency and coin handling accuracy and security.
• Back up Drive Thru Teller to ensure quick transactions across lanes.
• Cross-sell products and services.
• Assist with customer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
• May participate in various special assignments.
