Job summary

Chick-fil-A Eau Claire is building a Drive-Thru specialty team to handle orders, assemble meals, and deliver meals to guests during peak hours. You will work closely with the owner and leadership to reach guest-service goals and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid, intentional training as part of our team development in the Chippewa Valley.

At Chick-fil-A Eau Claire, we are developing a Drive-Thru specialty team who can help us become the #1 Drive-Thru in Wisconsin. Whether taking orders outside, assembling food and beverage orders, or delivering meals to guests, we are looking for individuals that set their own pace, love to win, and want to serve others. You will be working alongside the owner and his leadership team to serve over 100 guests per hour during our peak hours. Our goal is to increase that number to 200+ in the next year!
