The Burnsville Chick‑fil‑A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full‑time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week. The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full‑time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.

Note: We currently do not have openings for seasonal positions.
