Dunkin is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in New York to assist in food and beverage preparation, order taking, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will work with a fast-paced team to ensure accurate orders and great guest service.

Ideal candidates are team players who arrive on time, stay honest, bring a positive attitude, and are eager to learn and adapt to changes in the menu and promotions. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Follow brand standards, recipes and systems.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare food and beverages per Dunkin standards.
• Assemble and package orders accurately.
• Understand menu, including limited-time offers and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and service areas.
• Take drive-thru or front counter orders and handle payments if applicable.
• Meet speed of service while delivering accurate orders.
• Serve and communicate with guests and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerators.
