Job summary

Sonic Drive-In Austin is hiring Restaurant Team Members to handle Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard and Drive-Thru tasks. You’ll play a central role in serving guests with enthusiasm and maintaining food quality. Adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Expect irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to cross-train across stations and contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and basic math/reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
• Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm.
• Packaging menu items and checking quality.
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats.
• Cooking on grill and fry station as needed.
• Cleaning the drive-in including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing areas.
