Job summary

Dunkin is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to help prepare food and beverages, follow standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced setting.

You will take orders, handle payments if applicable, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly while delivering great guest service.

Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and be willing to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
