7 Brew in Clemmons, NC is hiring Brewistas for fast-paced drive-thru service. You will pull shots, steam milk, and connect with customers while maintaining a friendly, energetic atmosphere.

Roles include flexible scheduling and both part-time or full-time positions. Pay is $18-20 per hour with tips, and the job focuses on quick, quality drink preparation and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Careful and quick work with hot water, coffee, glass bottles and dairy products.
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm orders and input them into the POS accurately.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes to standard.
• Maintain fast, efficient service with attention to quality.
