Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy drive-thru kiosk. You will lead a small team focused on speed, quality, and friendly service, managing opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations.

You will hire, train, schedule, and coach baristas, hit sales and labor targets, control inventory, ensure food safety, and deliver a warm customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or shift-lead experience in coffee, quick-service, or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, customer service, and basic reporting.
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure.
• Open availability, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
