Responsibilities

• Staffing: interview, hire, train, and develop the team to meet brand standards

• Create schedules and manage staffing levels for business needs
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS procedures
• Maintain daily/weekly/quarterly financial reports and overall store accountability
