Job summary

7 Brew is hiring a Brewista to be the heart of our guest experience in a fast-paced drive-thru environment. You will take orders face-to-face, craft handcrafted drinks, and deliver them with a smile while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities include handling payments, guiding guests through the menu, and keeping a safe, sanitary, and energized station. Flexibility for scheduling and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to create genuine, uplifting interactions with guests while taking orders.
• Ability to work quickly with espresso, coffee, dairy and syrups.
• Ability to work outdoors in drive-thru lanes and move with urgency.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and navigate a fast-paced service area.
• Flexibility to climb a ladder or use a stepladder if needed.
• Comfort with standing, bending and stocking tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, at least three shifts per week.
• Regular weekend availability including holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm and personalize drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Collect payments, provide receipts, and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes to order ensuring quality and consistency.
• Work with urgency to deliver prompt service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift.
• Build personal connections with customers through friendly service and smiles.
• Know the full menu to guide guests and suggest drinks.
