Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is looking for a fast, friendly Barista to join our drive-thru team. You will craft premium coffee drinks and prepare delicious food items in a high-speed environment, delivering exceptional customer service with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities include drink crafting, food prep, order management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Candidates should be able to multitask, communicate clearly, and work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista, drive-thru, or fast-food is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting.
• Clear verbal communication and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drink Crafting: Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages to recipes.
• Food Preparation: Warm, assemble, and package food items safely.
• Order Management: Take orders via drive-thru headset and POS.
• Speed & Accuracy: Maintain fast drive-thru times with order correctness.
• Payment Handling: Process cash and card transactions quickly and securely.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Sanitize prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Restocking: Keep ingredients stocked throughout the shift.
