Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll contribute to creating and packaging delicious menu items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Bring a positive attitude, be ready to learn, and adapt to irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll cross-train across stations and help customers navigate customizable options to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business need.
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic Drive-In restaurants.
• General knowledge and understanding of the food service/retail operations preferred, but not required.
• Cross-train in all stations; willingness to skate.
• Skaters make the most tips.

Responsibilities

• Creating and packaging delicious menu items.
• Trying to beat your best record, every time.
• Being proactive (If you're not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!).
• Continuously communicating with team to help motivate.
• Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations.
