Job Overview

As a Meat Cutter, you'll help provide a well-stocked and well-maintained department while delivering superior customer service. You'll prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products daily, maintaining all department and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Cut, trim, bone meat for display or customer orders according to standards.
  2. Operate equipment such as electric grinders, saws, and slicers.
  3. Weigh, wrap, label products, and rotate stock as needed.
  4. Assist customers with product questions.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the department and equipment.
Qualifications
