Summary

As a Drinkery Barista & Bartender, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests—whether they’re enjoying a drink, dining, or browsing the Drinkery. You’ll mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and care while ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and attentive. Your goal is to make guests feel welcome, important, and relaxed.

We're Looking For Someone Who Can...

• Warmly welcome guests and accurately take beverage orders.
• Prepare a wide range of delicious drinks from coffee to cocktails.
• Accurately handle Drinkery and Gift Shop transactions.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Inform guests about our food and beverage offerings and unique items available in our gift shop, sharing insights on the resort's amenities and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Required | Must be 21 years of age or older
• Required | 1+ years' Barista experience
• Desirable | Bartending experience is a plus
• Flexible work availability including weekends required
• Equivalent education, skills, and/or experience necessary to perform the essential functions may be considered
  
  

Required Permits & Certifications

• WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
• WA Class 12/13 Alcohol Server Permit (MAST) required within 60 days after hire

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration.
