As a Drink Runner, you help set the standards by which our restaurant is judged in your appearance, disposition, and attitude towards guests. You are always in full view of the guest. You only get one opportunity to make a first impression.
Good communication skills are essential. Your relationship with the staff is vital to the restaurant's operation. You must anticipate guest needs and communicate them to your service staff. You may also be asked to resolve issues independently.
A positive attitude at all times is crucial. When busy, we all make money; being busy is not an excuse to be unfriendly or forget to smile and acknowledge guests.
This position requires working weekends and holidays.
