Job summary

Seaboard Drilling, LLC is seeking a Drilling Apprentice in Somersworth, NH to support a test boring rig and work closely with an experienced Driller. The role involves soil boring, sampling, rock coring, water level measurements, and basic heavy equipment maintenance.

No prior drilling experience is required; training is provided while you earn. You will travel across New England for exploration services, with full-time hours and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• CDL-A/Class A driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel throughout New England.
• No prior drilling experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of a test boring rig with an experienced Driller.
• Assist with drill rig operation and maintenance including soil boring and sampling.
• Travel throughout New England for exploration services.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, trucks, trailers and ATVs.
• Work outdoors in all seasons and weather, including some night work.
