Job summary

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and ensure compliance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
• Operate drill and blasting equipment, including DM30 and T4.
• Perform backup truck driving duties and move materials as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and ensure compliance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
• Ensure all drill and blasting standards are followed.
• Operate equipment: run DM30 and T4 when possible, run Hitachi 365 for top bench rock‑breaking or imbricated sales, depending on the attachment.
• Perform backup truck driving duties.
• Move material in articulated trucks when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noises.
