JP Oil Holdings, LLC in Talco, TX is seeking a Driller/Rig Operator to lead on the workover floor and supervise Well Pullers. The Driller/Head Well Puller works under the Tool Pusher or Rig Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations on site.

Applicants must pass a company physical and a DOT drug screen, with a minimum of 3 years of oil & gas experience. This is a full-time, in-person position with hourly pay between $28.00 and $32.00, and requires standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Operate on the workover floor as Driller/Rig Operator.
• Instruct, supervise, and evaluate activities of Well Pullers.
• Coordinate with Tool Pusher or Rig Supervisor to keep operations safe, smooth and compliant.
• Communicate verbally with supervisors, company representatives, and crew.
• Be able to pass company physical and DOT drug screen.
