Geo-Technology Associates Inc. in Winchester, VA, is seeking a full-time Driller's Helper to support our Drilling department. This role assists with Auger-based and CPT drill rigs, works outdoors in varying weather, and prioritizes safety with PPE. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, along with mechanical skills and welding experience.

The position may support the Sterling, VA area and requires reliability, strong work ethic, and teamwork to ensure smooth field operations.

GTA's Drilling department in Winchester, VA is currently seeking a full-time Driller's Helper?to join our team. Driller's Helpers support the daily operation and maintenance of Auger-based and/or CPT drill rigs. Successful candidates must be willing to work in various weather conditions, demonstrate strong work ethic and dependability, possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and collaborate effectively with others. This positions will support the Sterling, VA area as well. This job is very physically demanding. Candidates must prioritize safety and be familiar with various types of personal protective equipment (PPE). Mechanical skills are required, and welding experience is a plus. Requirements

• Maryland driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
• A Positive Attitude and the Ability to follow directions
