Job description

What You'll Do
  1. Performing standard penetrometer testing operations including performing borings and geoprobes
  2. Locating borings in the field
  3. Recording required drilling data
  4. Reporting project-specific issues to the project manager and/or your supervisor
  5. Performing drill rig and support truck maintenance; reporting repair and maintenance issues to the drilling supervisor
  6. Following company safety procedures and guidelines for maintaining a safe work environment for all crew personnel
  7. Safely and accurately loading drill rig and support vehicle each day with supplies
  8. Promptly and accurately completing time sheets and field paperwork
  9. Care for and clean assigned company vehicles and drilling equipment and other assigned equipment
  10. Maintaining professional behavior and quality standards
  11. Willingness to work out of town and on non-standard work schedules when required
  12. Other duties as assigned
