TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced geotechnical driller in the Selinsgrove/ Williamsport area to support geotechnical drilling operations. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on drilling experience and prior supervisory background.

The role requires Class B CDL, valid well drilling certifications (NJ/MD/DE), and OSHA HAZWOPER with refresher. Strong safety focus and travel to project sites are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in geotechnical drilling across multiple methods.
• 5+ years in supervisory roles leading crews.
• Minimum Class B CDL required.
• Valid NJ/MD/DE Well Drilling Certification.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER with current 8-hour refresher.

Overview

Calling all Drillers-Geotechnical in the Selinsgrove/ Williamsport area.

We are seeking an experienced Driller to support our geotechnical drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on drilling experience, strong knowledge of geotechnical drilling methods, and previous supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class B CDL.
• Valid NJ, MD, or DE Well Drilling Certification.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with current 8-hour refresher.
• 10+ years of geotechnical drilling experience across various drilling methods.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work in the field and travel to project sites as needed.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation

Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range
