Morris-Shea is seeking a Concrete Pump Operator to operate, maintain, and perform light repairs on pumping equipment at drill shaft sites across various states. Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of on-the-job training on heavy construction projects.
• Experience on at least three projects involving drilled shaft foundations concreted using pumping methods.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and perform light repairs on concrete pumping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company safety, drinking/drug use, and environmental requirements.
• Possess knowledge of the concrete pump and delivery piping to ensure proper maintenance and repair.
• Be familiar with safety protocols and PPE on site.
• Demonstrate safe driving while maneuvering the pump or pump truck.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance and advise on spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the project mechanic to assist with complex repairs.
